Bryan Anderson for Congress

Bryan Anderson was born into subsidized housing in the West Hills neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut and now resides in Milford.

A community and political activist since his youth, Bryan holds the distinction of being elected to local public office in Hamden, New Haven and Milford. He currently serves as a four-term Democratic Alderman in Milford.

A fifteen-year teacher in New York City and Teaching Fellow holding a Master’s Degree from Fordham University, Bryan is a respected progressive voice on education issues and a United Federation of Teachers union official.

When elected to Congress, Bryan will fight for Health Care for All, ending U.S. involvement in undeclared wars around the globe, and getting dark money out of elections. Bryan will advocate for our needs, including job creation, public infrastructure funds, and fixing a transportation system that fails us every day.
